Cordoba LLC respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information when you communicate with us, including through our optional SMS/text messaging service related to your residential lease.
Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide our SMS service, including your name and mobile phone number, together with any information needed to identify your lease.
How We Use Information
We use your information solely to acknowledge receipt of your rent payments and to send the receipt confirmations described in the SMS Lease Addendum.
SMS Messaging
If you opt in, you will receive approximately one (1) SMS message per month acknowledging receipt of your rent payment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for assistance.
Your use of the SMS program is also governed by our SMS Terms of Service.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Information may be disclosed only to subcontractors who provide support services necessary to operate the SMS program, such as our messaging provider delivering the message on our behalf, or where disclosure is required by law.
Data Retention
Cordoba LLC retains only the information necessary to operate the SMS acknowledgment service, including a record of your consent and any opt-out request, so that we can honor your messaging preferences and satisfy applicable legal obligations. We do not use this information to build marketing lists or for any future promotional communications.
Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the limited information used to provide the SMS service.
Your Choices
You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP, and you may reply HELP at any time for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of your lease or of any service provided by Cordoba LLC. Opting out of SMS messages will not affect other communications required under your lease or by law.
