Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide our SMS service. When you submit the contact form on our website this includes your name, email address, your mobile phone number if you choose to provide it, together with a record of whether you checked the SMS consent box and when.
How We Use Information
We use your mobile phone number solely to send the rent payment receipts and related account notifications you consented to receive when you checked the SMS consent box on our website contact form. We do not use it for marketing.
SMS Messaging
If you check the SMS consent box on our website contact form, you will receive approximately one (1) SMS message per month containing rent payment receipts and related account notifications. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP or INFO for assistance.
Your use of the SMS program is also governed by our SMS Terms of Service.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Information may be disclosed only to subcontractors who provide support services necessary to operate the SMS program, such as our messaging provider delivering the message on our behalf, or where disclosure is required by law.
Data Retention
Cordoba LLC retains only the information necessary to operate the SMS acknowledgment service, including a record of your consent and any opt-out request, so that we can honor your messaging preferences and satisfy applicable legal obligations. We do not use this information to build marketing lists or for any future promotional communications.
Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the limited information used to provide the SMS service.
Your Choices
You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP, and you may reply HELP at any time for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not a condition of your lease or of any service provided by Cordoba LLC. Opting out of SMS messages will not affect other communications required under your lease or by law.
