Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Cordoba LLC relating to your lease, specifically rent payment receipts and related account notifications.
Message Frequency
Approximately one (1) message per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan.
Opt-In
Enrollment is by express written consent given on the contact form at https://www.cordoballc.net. The form includes an SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default and is not required in order to submit the form, and the mobile phone number field is optional. The checkbox reads: "Yes, I agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from Cordoba LLC at the mobile number I provided above, including rent payment receipts and account notifications, at approximately 1 message per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of any lease. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms of Service." This web form is the only way to enroll. Messages are sent by Cordoba LLC from (781) 992-2872 or (844) 352-1188.
Opt-Out
Reply STOP at any time to cancel SMS messages. We also honor CANCEL, QUIT, OPTOUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE and END. After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message and will receive no further SMS messages from this program. Opting out of SMS messages will not affect other communications required under your lease or by law. You may re-enroll at any time by replying START, YES or UNSTOP, or by completing the contact form again.
