Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Cordoba LLC solely to acknowledge receipt of rent payments associated with your lease.
Message Frequency
Approximately one (1) message per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan.
Opt-In
Enrollment is by express written consent on the Cordoba LLC SMS/Text Messaging Consent Addendum, signed at lease execution. The addendum states: "I expressly authorize Cordoba LLC to send SMS/text messages to the mobile phone number provided above for the purpose described in this Addendum. I understand that my consent is voluntary and is not a condition of entering into or continuing my lease." A blank copy of the addendum is available here. Messages are sent from (781) 992-2872.
Opt-Out
Reply STOP at any time to cancel SMS messages. We also honor CANCEL, QUIT, OPTOUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE and END. After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message and will receive no further SMS messages from this program. Opting out of SMS messages will not affect other communications required under your lease or by law. You may re-enroll at any time by replying START.
