I understand that my consent is voluntary and is not a condition of entering into or continuing my lease. The messages I will receive are SMS/text notifications from Cordoba LLC confirming receipt of my rent payment or other rent-related receipts, sent from (781) 992-2872 at a frequency of approximately one (1) message per month.
